It is good to read the Surah in its original language. The Arabic text can be found anywhere online for you to read. This Surah, just like all the others was revealed in the Arabic language. Surahs are written in different languages so that they can be read by everyone and not only those who know the Arabic language.
Surah Al Nisa is available to read in most languages including Urdu.
